Freestone Partners, LLC announced that it has partnered with company management to invest in Service Refrigeration Company. Service Refrigeration, based in the Houston-area city of Humble, Texas, provides consulting, equipment sales, installation and service of commercial refrigeration, HVAC and plumbing systems. The company’s customers include grocery, food processing, food distribution, chemical and other industrial companies.
Service Refrigeration founder and CEO Butch Edmonds and his senior management team will continue to run the company and own a substantial interest in the company. “We have tremendous confidence in the expertise and integrity of Butch Edmonds and his team, and we are looking forward to a long and mutually-rewarding relationship,” commented Jim Briggs, a principal at Freestone Partners.
